HVAC Customer Service Specialist

Bell Mechanical is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Looking for a high-energy and well governed team member. As the front line of support for customers, service team & vendors, you ensure that they are provided with our HVAC products, services, and features to support their needs. Most of your time is spent answering phones, scheduling service calls, performing data entry and maintaining our client database; promote our maintenance plans. When communicating between departments you are respectful and friendly. Our company operates efficiently with you on our team and we enjoy playing a huge part in the overall success!

  • Must have 2+ years of HVAC CSR & Dispatching experience
  • Must have a clear speaking voice & be able to analyze quickly
