“A Very Happy Customer”

I called Bell to do a maintenance check on my two Unique A/C units and my Mr. Slim (a dual A/C & heating unit) for a separate room...as well as to figure out why my upstairs A/C unit was blowing warm/cool air. I must say Ethan was the best employee I have come in contact with ANY HVAC company; I have used Bell only once before and was pleased. Ethan explained to me step by step how my units operate, what he was doing, how to better maintain them as well as what to avoid so all systems work more efficiently. Ethan did a superb job at thinking outside the box, was honest as to the issue and corrected the problem. I know I will be calling Bell back in the future and will certainly request Ethan next year.

“Great experience, wonderful people”

Had an install of a heat pump, both inside and outside units. This was scheduled in peak season, but the installation went off without a hitch. The two installers were professional, knowledgeable and diligent in their work. Apparently Bell makes the extra effort to make sure that quality employees work with their customers. Very happy that these installers worked clean, they took care of all the debris. I'm happy but more importantly my wife is happy.

“Great service in all weather”

We have used Bell for both heating and air-conditioning maintenance over the last year and found everybody in the company a delight to deal with. Most recently when we had issues with our heating, Ethan significantly helped us out - first to get a temporary solution to provide heat, and then to address more significant issues due to the lack of maintenance by the previous owner of our house. We plan to use Bell for all of our heating and A/C maintenance needs in the future.

“HIGHLY Recommend!”

We bought a new home a little over a year ago and undertook a complete, gut-level renovation. Even under the best of circumstances, the process is exhausting. The last systems replacement we needed to do was the central A/C, and we needed two different systems, including an air handler and heat pump. We selected Bell for the job because they were the most responsive and accommodating. We made the right choice. The job came in on time and on budget and the crews who conducted the work were prompt, professional, super courteous and knowledgeable. The guys put in long hours, always arriving with smiles, and our new home remained clean and neat throughout the project. Go ahead and shop your job, but hire Bell. You won't be sorry.
