"I waited two years to write this review to make sure my experience was fully considered across seasons and over time. When I decided to install a geothermal system, I knew it could be complicated, but working with Bell Mechanical made the whole process smooth and understandable. From the very beginning, Giovanni walked me through every option, explained rebates and financing, covered decommissioning, and clarified warranties in a way that made the whole thing manageable. Keith, the owner, was always available to answer questions and support the team, which made me confident that the installation would go well. The installation itself, carried out by Josh and Lester, included all-new ductwork, done so neatly and discreetly that my 1912 Victorian home was able to retain its original charm. Without the radiators cluttering the rooms, I now have much more space, and the system saves me a significant amount on heating while keeping the house warmer than it was before. Cooling is more efficient, too, even though I'm now cooling the entire house. Rui, the project manager, made sure every detail was completed perfectly and coordinated everything to spec. Early on, there were a few hiccups with service, but what really impressed me was how the team responded after I shared my concerns. The office staff are quick and attentive, and Travis and Steve handle all service visits with consistent expertise and reliability, keeping the system running smoothly. This experience showed me that what defines a company isn't the occasional mistake, but how they listen, respond, and improve. Bell Mechanical's commitment to maintaining a high standard really stood out. Between the careful installation, the clear guidance on options and incentives, and the responsive service. I feel confident that this high level of professionalism will continue, and I look forward to seeing it maintained for years to come."
