"The cooling cool in my air handler had a number of pin hole leaks which eventually caused the heating to fail. A few months earlier it would have been the A/C. Artie and Lester started the job and had everything together, but there was an issue with getting the old refrigerant and contaminants out of the system. Kenny came in to bring an additional vacuum pump. This was the first time they had this much trouble with clearing the lines, but they stayed until the test equipment said the lines were clear. They worked well past quitting time to be able to be able to clean out the lines completely before recharging the system. They were more concerned with doing the job correctly than starting their weekend. I'm very pleased with the job they did and with them. My system has Carrier Infinity controls and a Carrier air handler. It is old enough that it used R140 refrigerant. John, the sales person who arranged this job was able to find a replacement cooling coil for this system. He said it was one of 3 left in the country. If he had not been able to find it, the whole system would have had to have been replaced which would have been significantly more expensive. Overall, I am very pleased with Bell Mechanical and expect to use them again to make an adjustment to my radiant floor system."
